No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Capitol (8-3) beat 10th ranked Miramar (2-9) in Montevideo 86-68 on Friday. It was an exceptional evening for point guard Mateo Giano (186-2000) who led the winners and scored 18 points. American Anthony Danridge (196-1986, college: N.Mexico) accounted for 19 points for the winning side. Forward Juan Diego Cabillon (192-2000) came up with 14 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Agustin Da Costa (191-1998) added 15 points respectively for Miramar in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Capitol have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Colon. Miramar lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh position with nine games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
