Leader Cordon delivered the eleventh victory. This time they crushed 12th ranked San Telmo RS (3-10) 96-68 in Montevideo. Cordon dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to San Telmo RS's 34. Cordon forced 25 San Telmo RS turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Argentinian center Eduardo Vasirani (206-1991) who helped to win the game recording 17 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Point guard Lucas Capalbo (175, college: Odessa JC) contributed with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Cordon players scored in double figures. Gonzalo Meira (199-1988, agency: Pro Sports) answered with 33 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 4 assists (made all of his eight free throws) and forward Matias Nicoletti (193-1994) added 14 points in the effort for San Telmo RS.
