The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Montevideo: Goes (#2) and Penarol (#6). Goes (12-7) smashed visiting Penarol (9-9) by 23 points 99-76. Goes looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. The best player for the winners was Joaquin Osimani (193-1987) who scored 28 points and 9 assists.
