No shocking result in a game in Montevideo where seventh rankedCordon (10-12) defeated bottom-ranked Trouville (4-18) 74-69 on Wednesday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Cordon looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a great evening for American guard Kaleb Hunter (193-1998, college: UNCG) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points and 4 assists. Cape Verdean Victor Andrade (202-2000) helped adding 11 points and 14 rebounds. American guard Gary Ricks (185-1991, college: Drake) responded with 21 points and 5 rebounds and the other American import center Ricardo Glenn (206-1990, college: USC Upstate) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 14 rebounds. Trouville's coach Pablo Morales rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Cordon moved-up to sixth place. Trouville lost seventh consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 18 games lost.
