Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Montevideo:Lagomar (#6) and Marne (#7). Lagomar (11-8) crushed visiting Marne (7-13) by 25 points 85-60 . Lagomar players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. It was an exceptional evening for point guard Santiago Wohlwend (172-1997) who led the winners and scored 10 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Point guard Hector Castro (180-2003) accounted for 15 points for the winning side. Four Lagomar players scored in double figures. Brazilian center Joao Fidelis (205-2001) came up with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds and forward Lucas Silva (197-2002) added 12 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Marne in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Lagomar have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Olimpia. Marne lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 13 games lost.
