Important game to mention about took place in Caracas. Top-ranked Cocodrilos (6-0) saved a 2-point victory at home edging 3rd ranked Panteras (3-4) 82-80 on Thursday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Panteras. Cocodrilos players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The former international forward Anyelo Cisneros (200-1997) notched 12 points and 8 rebounds to lead the effort and Dominican Luis Montero (203-1993, college: South Plains) supported him with 7 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Cocodrilos players scored in double figures. Even 20 points by American Elijah Minnie (206-1994, college: EMU) did not help to save the game for Panteras. The former international swingman Pedro Chourio (186-1990, agency: Pro Sports) added 16 points. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Cocodrilos have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 6-0 record. Panteras at the other side keep the third place with four games lost.
