Potters S. dominated down low during the game scoring 82 of its points in the paint compared to Lava SSW's 44. They outrebounded Lava SSW 54-12 including a 23-7 advantage in offensive rebounds. Potters S. looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Lava SSW's players. Keroi Lee orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds (on 13-of-14 shooting from the field). The former international guard Kareem Edwards (193-1990) contributed with 21 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Forward Kebo Orford answered with 26 points and 6 rebounds for Lava SSW. Undefeated Potters S. have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 7-0 record. Newly promoted Lava SSW keeps the seventh position with five games lost.

Guard Selassie Brathwaite stepped up with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and Adonis Humphreys chipped in 17 points, 17 rebounds and 5 blocks. Guard Lincoln Weekes responded with 13 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Flyers. Defending champion maintains second place with 6-1 record having just six point less than leader Potters S. Newly promoted Lava SSW keeps the seventh position with five games lost.

The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Flyers. Defending champion maintains second place with 6-1 record having just six point less than leader Potters S. Slam lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the sixth position with four games lost. Flyers will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Slam will play against Stingerz (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Flyers players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Lava SSW's players. They brought some defensive toughness making 10 blocks. There was a small surprise when seventh ranked DA-Project (2-3) beat on the road 5th ranked Slam (2-4) 75-67 on Thursday. Strangely Slam outrebounded DA-Project 46-13 including a 17-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. The former international forward Bryan Matthew (196-1976, college: Iona) nailed 13 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and guard Olivee Morris accounted for 12 points and 4 assists. Guard Humroy Wright came up with 26 points and 8 rebounds and Dominican guard Shawn Thomas added 6 points and 16 rebounds respectively for Slam in the defeat. DA-Project moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Stingerz. Slam lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the sixth position with four games lost. DA-Project will meet higher ranked Spanish Heat (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Slam will play against Stingerz and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
