    Platense - San Isidro 81-60

    Platense celebrated Liga Argentina title. They edged San Isidro in the decisive fifth game of the championship series. The game was mostly controlled by CA Platense. San Isidro managed to win fourth quarter 22-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. CA Platense dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to San Isidro's 24. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was Felipe Pais (184-90) who scored 18 points and 6 assists. American forward Cedric Blossom (198-94, college: Morgan St.) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Center Jeremias Diotto (200-2) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds and center Santiago Gonzalez (203-83) added 12 points and 10 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
