Obera Tenis Club clinched Super 4 La Liga Argentina title. They defeated Barrio Parque in the Final at the weekend. Juan Ignacio Rodriguez Suppi (178-PG-91) produced 24 points to pace the winners.
Barrio Parque eked out a 21:20 lead after ten minutes. They extended the lead in the second period. Barrio Parque accumulated a 46:38 halftime lead. But Obera turned things around in the third term. They ignited a 31:16 run to spur ahead for a 69:62 advantage. Obera held Barrio Parque to only 13 points in the fourth frame and raced to the win. Rodrigo Sanchez (200-G/F-89) notched 18 points, while Gaston Essengue (203-C-83, college: UNLV) had 16 points for Obera. Andres Landoni (202-PF-90) answered with 17 points and 7 rebounds for Barrio Parque.
