Alvear defeated San Martin Corrientes to narrow the deficit in the consolation final series. The hosts were already 14 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 31-26 San Martin Corrientes' run in the last quarter cut the lead to 95-86 at the end of the game. Alvear made 17-of-20 charity shots (85.0 percent) during the game. It was a good game for Mateo Bolivar (187-92) who led his team to a victory with 27 points and 9 rebounds. Forward Cristian Romero (198-82) contributed with 28 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Fernando Calvi (200-81) answered with 22 points and 7 rebounds and Emiliano Agostino (191-84) added 20 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for San Martin Corrientes.
