Ciclista Olimpico de La Banda (La Liga) added 28-year-old American forward Andrew Corum (201cm-95kg-1997, college: Virginia State) to their roster for the new 2026-27 season. He played last season at Obras (La Liga), averaging 7.0ppg and 6.1rpg in 43 games, helping them win the cup. Corum also played 6 games in BCL Americas, where he recorded 8.3ppg and 5.8rpg. During the previous (2025) summer, he played at Club Deportes Puerto Varas (LNB) in the Chilean league.
He is quite an experienced player. His career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in four different countries. Corum tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Latin America, and of course North America. He has played professionally in Azerbaijan (Absheron), Chile, Latvia (BK Ogre), and Portugal (Vasco da Gama).
In 2023, he won the Eurobasket.com All-Azerbaijani League Player of the Year and Import Player of the Year awards.
Corum graduated from Virginia State in 2020 and this will be his seventh season as a professional player.
