Brandon Robinson (ex Diablos) agreed terms with Lanus

Club Atletico Lanus (La Liga Argentina) strengthened their roster with the addition of experienced 37-year-old American 196cm shooting guard Brandon Robinson (college: Clayton State) for the upcoming season. He played most recently at Diablos in the Mexican LNBP. In 5 games he just recently played, he recorded 8.2ppg, 2.2rpg, and 1.0apg last season. He also played for War Ready - Auburn Alumni in the U.S. semi-pro league The Basketball Tournament.
Robinson is a very experienced player. Thanks to Robinson's pro career, he managed to play on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, and North America) in ten different countries. He has played professionally in Brazil (Flamengo), Canada (Rainmen, The Storm, and Windsor Express), Chile (Osorno, Osorno, and Las Animas), China (Robinsonbei), Germany (Chemnitz and Hakro Merlins), Mexico (Astros), Uruguay (Penarol), Dominican Republic (Caneros), Argentina (Quimsa), and The Basketball Tournament (Team Challenge ALS, Team DRC, and Florida TNT). He was also voted to Latinbasket.com All-Argentinian League All-Defensive Team in 2026.
His team made it to the Argentinian League Semifinals in 2025. Robinson is close to retirement age as a player. It may be one of the last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Lanus.
He graduated from Clayton State in 2011 and it will be his 16th (!!!) season in pro basketball. Robinson played also for Seminole State College of Florida for 2 years.
