MELISA GRETTER

Club Union Florida (LaLiga) added to their roster 25-year old Argentinian international point guard Melisa Gretter (161-93, agency: ProDep Management). It is actually her comeback to Florida as she has played here before. Gretter played last season at Campinas in Brazilian league. In 25 Paulista games she recorded 10.7ppg, 5.9rpg, 4.9apg and 2.6spg.
The previous (16-17) season Gretter played at Corinthians/Americana (LBF) in Brazilian league where in 27 games she averaged 9.7ppg, 3.7rpg, 3.7apg (top 2) and 2.0spg (in top 5). She helped them to win the LBF title. A very spectacular season in her career as she was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian LBF Honorable Mention.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Gretter was voted Latinbasket.com All-Argentinian Liga Nacional Player of the Year and Latinbasket.com All-Argentinian Liga Nacional Defensive Player of the Year back in 2015.
She has been also a member of Argentinian international program for some years. Gretter has regularly played for Argentinian senior team since 2011 and for U22 National Team last year.
She represented Argentina at the Olympic Games Additional Qualifying Round in Nantes (France) two years ago. Her stats at that event were 4 games: 5.3ppg, 2.5rpg, 2.8apg, FGP: 38.5%, 3PT: 18.2%, FT: 83.3%.
Gretter has played previously professionally in Spain (Mann Filter) and Argentina (Ben Hur and Santa Fe).
The scouts decsribe her following way: A very promising PG, with great court vision aand personality. She loves to pass the ball to teammates, but can also score, it seems at will. Huge upside.
