Ferro keeps Barreras for another season

Adriano Barreras

Ferrocarril Oeste (La Liga) re-signed 31-year old Cuban guard Adriano Barreras (186-92). He is the second import player in the roster as Uruguayan Theo Metzger signed here earlier.
Barreras played there last season.
The previous (2019) summer he played at CAN Potosi (Libobasquet) in Bolivian league where in 22 games he was league's third best scorer with impressive 26.7ppg and had 5.3rpg and 3.4apg in 2019 season. Barreras helped them to win the league title. Great season indeed as he was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Bolivian Libobasquet 1st Team.
He has played previously professionally in Spain (Cimbis) and Ecuador (Asociacion Deportiva Naval Marina and Piratas).
