Vildoza was the major contributor in Baskonia's victory against the closely-ranked CB Canarias (17-5) 81-79 in the Spanish Liga Endesa on Sunday night. He scored 15 points in 26 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. TD Systems Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz (17-5) is placed third in the Liga Endesa. It's Vildoza's fourth season with the team. Vildoza has relatively good stats this year: 11.5ppg, 1.7rpg, 4.3apg, 1.9spg, 2FGP: 47.1%, 3FGP: 34.7% and FT: 86.8% in 20 games he played so far. He played for the Argentinian national team in 2019.

Thomas could not help one of league's weakest teams Paulistano (2-1) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his very good performance Paulistano was defeated 71-63 in a derby game by the leading Sao Paulo. Thomas was the second best scorer with 18 points. He also added 6 rebounds. This season Thomas has relatively solid stats: 11.4ppg, 5.8rpg, 3.4apg, 1.2spg, 2FGP: 45.0%, 3FGP: 26.7% and FT: 81.8%. He is a naturalized American. Thomas played for the Argentinian national team four years ago. He used to play for Regatas Corrientes in Argentinian league.

   #4. Point guard Stefano Pierotti (185-98, currently plays in Brazil) was not able to help Campo Mourao (5-15) in their last game. Despite Pierotti's very good performance Campo Mourao lost 82-86 on the road to the higher-ranked (#11) Pato Basquete. He was the second best scorer with 19 points. Former international point guard Lucas Faggiano (188-89, college: LIU Brooklyn, currently plays in Spain) contributed to Gipuzkoa's surprising victory against the fifth-ranked Movil Estudiantes 81-79 in the Spanish Liga Endesa on Wednesday night. Faggiano scored 12 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 6 assists in 31 minutes. This year Faggiano's total stats are: 7.1ppg, 1.9rpg, 3.4apg and 1.1spg in 21 games. He used to play for the Argentinian national team back in 2019.

   #13. Former international point guard Franco Balbi (188-89, currently plays in Brazil) is a teammate of previously mentioned Luciano Gonzalez and both played together in the last Brazilian NBB game. Balbi contributed to an easy victory against the 14th-ranked Campo Mourao 93-74. He recorded 7 points and added 5 passes. Balbi has averaged so far 8.0ppg, 3.0rpg, 5.1apg and 1.2spg. He used to play for the Argentinian national team three years ago.

   #14. Former international center Marcos Delia (209-92, agency: Players Group, currently plays in Italy) is a teammate of previously mentioned Juan Fernandez and both played together in the last Italian Serie A game. Delia couldn't help Trieste in their game against Brescia. He recorded only 4 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. His team was edged 81-78. Delia has averaged so far 9.8ppg, 5.1rpg and 1.5apg.    #15. Former international center Daniel Amigo (208-95, college: Denver, currently plays in Lithuania) couldn't help P.Zvaigzdes (8-11) in their last game. He was MVP of the game. Mariani scored 29 points (!!!), had 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 35 minutes. Club Trouville Montevideo (2-3) is placed fourth in Places 1-6 group. It was his team's first victory after three consecutive loses. Mariani has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 18.4ppg, 5.2rpg, 3.8apg and 1.4spg in nine games he played so far.

   #2. Experienced Damian Tintorelli (205-C-81, currently plays in Uruguay) is a teammate of previously mentioned Federico Mariani and both played together in the last Uruguayan LUB game. Tintorelli contributed to Trouville's victory against the second-ranked Urunday (3-1) 88-74 in a derby game. He scored 12 points, had 7 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 25 minutes. Tintorelli averaged so far 13.7ppg, 8.1rpg, 2.8apg and 1.1spg in nine games. He has a dual citizenship: Italian and Argentinian.

   #3. Ariel Filloy (190-PG-87, currently plays in Italy) contributed to Pesaro's victory against the ninth-ranked Trento 81-70 in the Italian Serie A last Sunday. He recorded 10 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists in 32 minutes. Carpegna Prosciutto Basket Pesaro (2-1) is placed second in the Serie A. This year Filloy's overall stats are: 8.2ppg, 2.6rpg and 2.4apg in 19 games. He is another player who holds two passports: Argentinian and Italian.

   #4. Andres Forray (188-PG-86, currently plays in Italy) faced previously mentioned Ariel Filloy in the Italian Serie A last game. Forray. He could not help Trento (3-0) to beat Pesaro (4-2). Forray recorded 8 points and added 3 assists in 21 minutes. The league leader Trento lost 70-81 at home to the lower-ranked (#3) Pesaro. Forray has been at the team for ten years. He has averaged so far 6.3ppg, 2.7rpg, 3.0apg and 1.1spg in 18 games. Similarly like Filloy and Tintorelli above Forray has both Argentinian and Italian nationalities.

   #5. Donovan Johnson (201-F-92, college: KWC, currently plays in United Kingdom) was not able to help Manchester Giants (3-1) in their last game on Friday. Despite Johnson's very good performance the league leader Manchester Giants was defeated 93-86 on the road by the second-ranked Scorchers. He was the top scorer with 18 points. Johnson also added 4 rebounds and 3 assists. Johnson has averaged so far 9.5ppg, 5.7rpg and 1.8apg. He is a naturalized American.

   #6. Ezequiel Herrera (185-SG-96, currently plays in Spain) was not able to secure a victory for Avila (3-7) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Herrera's very good performance the ninth-placed Avila was crushed 93-69 in Burgos by the higher-ranked Nissan (#3) in the Group A-B. He was the top scorer with 19 points. Herrera also added 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Herrera averaged so far 12.2ppg, 4.9rpg, 2.1apg and 1.4spg. He also holds two passports: Argentinian and Spanish.

   #7. Albano Chiarastella (197-F-85, agency: BIG, currently plays in Italy) contributed to Agrigento's victory against the fifth-ranked Crema 85-78 in the Italian Serie B (third division) on Sunday night. Chiarastella recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and getting 16 rebounds. He also added 5 assists. Chiarastella averaged so far 11.4ppg, 11.8rpg and 4.6apg. He has Argentinian and Italian nationalities.

   #8. Ramiro Santiago (193-G-99, currently plays in NCAA2) couldn't help the Harding University (1-3) in their last game on Monday.
