Riachuelo LR made 40-of-44 free shots (90.9 percent) during the game, while San Isidro only scored eighteen points from the stripe. San Isidro was plagued by 31 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was Diego Alvarez who scored 19 points and 5 rebounds (was perfect 11-for-11 from the free throw line !!!). Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Barrio Parque have a solid series of three victories in a row. Forward Martin Chervo (200-92) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds. Echague's coach Oscar Bonell used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Guard Emiliano Correa (188-91) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points, 7 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals and Jorge Banegas (190-93, agency: BIG) added 12 points and 10 rebounds respectively for the guests. Echague have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Estudiantes C. Tiro Federal lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with seven games lost. Echague will face league's second-placed Villa S.Martin in Resistencia in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
