Soles de Mexicali (LNBP) signed 25-year old Argentinian-American ex-international center Daniel Amigo (208cm-111kg-95, college: Denver). It is actually his comeback to Soles as he has played here before. Amigo played last season at P.Zvaigzdes in Lithuanian LKL league. In 23 games he had 10.0ppg, 4.5rpg and 1.3apg previous season.
The previous (19-20) season he played at Pieno Zvaigzdes Pasvalys (also in LKL) where in only one game he recorded 11 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal.
He also represented Argentina at the World University Games in Napoli (Italy) two years ago. His stats at that event were 5 games: 2.0ppg, 2.2rpg.
He has played also professionally in Hungary (Debreceni Egyetem).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he won Mexican LNBP championship title in 2020. Amigo was voted to All-Summit League 2nd Team between 2017 and 2018.
He attended Denver University until 2018 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player.
