Bahia - Quilmes MP 71-92 Quilmes MP can celebrate finally their first win this season after five consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as they outplayed much higher ranked Bahia (2-3) on the road game in Bahia Blanca 92-71 on Friday. Quilmes MP dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Bahia's 24. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Point guard Facundo Gago (178-96) had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Lucio Castellani (196-94) chipped in 24 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Quilmes MP's coach Manuel Gelpi felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
