Ciclista Olimpico de La Banda (La Liga) inked 31-year old 195cm forward Patricio Tabarez for upcoming season. It is actually his comeback to La Banda as he has played here before. Tabarez played most recently at La Union (La Liga). In 37 games he averaged 12.9ppg, 5.3rpg and 2.2apg last season. He helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in the league. They also advanced to the league semifinals. Tabarez ended the previous (2020-2021) season at Derqui (TFB). But the most of that year he spent at Regatas where in 35 La Liga games he had 9.7ppg, 4.6rpg, 2.1apg and 1.0spg.
He has played previously for eight other teams: Obras, Penarol, Boca, Bragado, Union de Santa Fe, Rocamora, Los Indios and Hispano Americano de Rio Gallegos.
