Montmartre's coach Gabriel Albornoz gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. San Isidro have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain first place with 18-2 record. Newly promoted Montmartre keeps the eleventh position with nine games lost. They share it with Villa Mitre. Ameghino's coach Pablo Castro felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Jose Muruaga came up with 21 points and 4 assists for Tucuman in the defeat. Ameghino maintains second place with 16-3 record having just three points less than leader Racing. Tucuman lost their sixth game in a row. They keep the sixteenth position with 12 games lost. Ameghino will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Tucuman will play against Barrio Parque (#3) in Cordoba and hope to secure a win.

Other games in round 25 were not that significant. Pilar was beaten by Zarate Basket on the road 92-82. Barrio Parque won against Rivadavia on its own court 82-72. Villa Mitre unfortunately lost to Pico FC in General Pico 85-97. H.Americano managed to beat Pergamino at home 84-74.

Zarate Basket - Pilar 92-82

No shocking result in a game when third ranked Zarate Basket (12-6) beat at home 14th ranked Pilar (6-11) 92-82 on Monday. Zarate Basket looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Agustin Brocal (191-1997) nailed 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and point guard Lucas Andujar (185-1996) accounted for 15 points and 7 assists. Five Zarate Basket players scored in double figures. Franco Smaniotti (194-2000) came up with 23 points and 6 rebounds and Eduardo Gamboa (189-1984) added 18 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for Pilar in the defeat. Pilar's coach Roberto Pavlotsky tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. The victory was the third consecutive win for Zarate Basket. They maintain third place with 12-6 record having eight points less than leader Racing. Newly promoted Pilar dropped to the thirteenth position with 11 games lost. Barrio Parque maintains third place with 14-2 record having 4 victories less than leader Racing. Rivadavia lost their seventh game in a row.
