The game between second ranked Ameghino (16-3) and 16th ranked Tucuman (4-12) in Villa Maria on Monday ended with biggest points difference. Ameghino outscored guests from San Miguel de Tucuman 116-62. Ameghino dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Tucuman's 32 and made 20-of-23 free shots (87.0 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Tucuman 49-34 including 35 on the defensive glass. Ameghino looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Tucuman's players.
