Guests from Santiado del Estero (15-1) defeated host Olimpico (13-3) 74-68. The best player for the winners was the former international forward Claudio Ramirez (200-1990) who had a double-double by scoring 10 points and 14 rebounds. The former international power forward Tayavek Gallizzi (206-1993) chipped in 13 points and 9 rebounds. The former international Tomas Zanzottera (188-1993) produced 13 points and 7 rebounds for the hosts. Quimsa have an impressive 12-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 15-1 record. Olimpico at the other side dropped to the second place with three games lost. Quimsa are looking forward to face Comunicaciones (#17) in Mercedes in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Olimpico will play on the road against Boca (#5) in Buenos Aires and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
