The game between second ranked Independ.O. (16-7) and thirteenth ranked San Lorenzo (9-13) was the most important one in the last round on Monday night. Independ.O. was defeated by San Lorenzo in a tough game in Olivia 67-73. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Independ.O.. San Lorenzo forced 19 Independ.O. turnovers. Thiago Roca (-2004) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and guard Lucas Latorre (183-2002) chipped in 18 points and 9 rebounds. LDD top team - Gimnasia CR (19-2) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed nineteenth ranked San Martin (3-19) in Comodoro Rivadavia 90-66. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of San Martin. Point guard Martiniano Dato (188-2004) nailed 20 points, 8 assists and 5 steals for the winning side and Angel Reyes accounted for 17 points and 7 rebounds. Gimnasia CR's coach Gustavo Sapochnik felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Geronimo Ramallo came up with 28 points and 9 rebounds for San Martin in the defeat. Gimnasia CR have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 19-2 record. San Martin at the other side keeps the nineteenth position with 19 games lost. Gimnasia will play against Obera (#8) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. San Martin will play against Obras (#7) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
A very close game took place in Florida between Platense and Argentino. Eleventh ranked Platense (10-12) got a very close home victory over 14th ranked Argentino (8-15). Platense managed to escape with a 2-point win 70-68 on Sunday evening. Santino Mazzucchelli fired a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Platense's coach Alejandro Perez used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Santiago Bilbao produced 19 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. Platense maintains eleventh place with 10-12 record. Argentino lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth position with 15 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

There were no shocking results in the rest of the games of round 25: La Union was destroyed by Ferro on the opponent's court 83-62. Obras outscored Argentino in a home game 82-57. Obera was rolled over Boca Jrs. on the road 111-52. Union crushed Quimsa on its own court 87-66. Bottom-ranked Olimpico was smashed by Ferro in Buenos Aires 92-73. Zarate won against Obera at home 70-64. Bottom-ranked Olimpico unfortunately lost to Penarol on the opponent's court 85-91.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 32 points and 11 rebounds by Nicolas Chiaraviglio of Penarol.
