The game between second ranked Regatas (24-6) and fourth ranked Riachuelo (22-8) was the most important one in the last round on Sunday night. Regatas was defeated by Riachuelo in a tough game in Corrientes 79-85. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Regatas. Riachuelo made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was center Fabricio Diaz (205-2006) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 20 rebounds.
