The Regular Season in LaLiga Femenina just started. Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

Berazategui defeated El Talar in Caba 65-59. Berazategui had a 32-19 advantage in offensive rebounds. fired 16 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward Magali Vilches (182-2002) chipped in 13 points and 6 rebounds. The former international point guard Luciana Delabarba (167-1997) produced 23 points and 6 rebounds for lost side. El Talar's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Union Florida in Concepcion de Urug.. Visitors were defeated by Rocamora 69-57. Worth to mention a great performance of who helped to win the game recording 10 points and 7 rebounds. Nerea Schmidt contributed with 10 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Maria Laviero answered with 14 points and 7 rebounds for Union Florida. Union Florida's coach Nicolas Grosso tested eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
An interesting game was played in Santiado del Estero where Hindu crushed host Quimsa with 21-point difference 60-39 on Sunday evening. Valentina Galfrascoli stepped up and scored 19 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. At the losing side Lorena Campos responded with 16 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.

Other games of round 1 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:
Berazategui lost to undefeated Ferro in Buenos Aires 67-73. San Jose beat Gorriones at home 59-55. Bochas lost to undefeated Riachuelo on the opponent's court 66-76. Obras outscored Lanus in a home game 72-50. Gorriones lost to Riachuelo on the road 64-69. San Jose crushed Bochas on its own court 95-50. Avellaneda lost to Instituto in Cordoba 46-71.
The best stats of 1st round was 13 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists by Maria Acevedo of Instituto.

There was no surprise in Buenos Aires where Berazategui was defeated by Ferro 73-67 on Saturday. Ferro outrebounded Berazategui 42-31 including 32 on the defensive glass. Guard Giuliana Baccarelli (165-2004) stepped up and scored 12 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds. Ferro's coach Gabriel Fernandez used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side point guard Sofia Acevedo (167-2001) responded with 23 points and Luz Andujar scored 8 points and 7 rebounds.
