La Liga Argentina Round 6 (Regular Season): La Union keeps a leadership position

It's still too early stage of the Regular Season in La Liga Argentina, but even now we can clearly see the difference between stronger teams and outsiders. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The game had a very big importance for third-ranked La Union as it allowed them to take a leadership position. La Union smashed bottom-ranked U.Mar del Plata in Colon 103-76. La Union outrebounded U.Mar del Plata 41-28 including a 28-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. La Union looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was who scored 19 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. chipped in 9 points and 13 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Juan Bellozas who recorded 21 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. Another exciting game was played in Armstrong between sixth ranked C.Entrerriano and 7th ranked Dep Norte where C.Entrerriano (3-2) beat Dep Norte (2-3) on the road 88-81. Bottom-ranked Colon (0-5) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 87-79 loss to eleventh ranked Amancay (2-2) in La Rioja on Thursday evening.
