Marcos Chacon claims Argentinian La Liga weekly honour

Talented Cuban Marcos Chacon (194-F/G-2003) put on an amazing game in the last round for Gimnasia y Esgrima Comodoro Rivadavia and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 12.
The 22-year old swingman had the game-high 26 points adding five rebounds and three assists for Gimnasia in his team's victory, helping them to crush San Lorenzo (#18, 3-7) with 21-point margin 84-63. The game was not the highest importance and did not have significant influence on top of the standings. Gimnasia maintains the 12th position in Argentinian La Liga. Gimnasia is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 4-5 record. In the team's last game Chacon had a remarkable 100.0% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Gimnasia, through which he has constantly improved.
