Obras outrebounded El Bigua 51-28 including a 37-23 advantage in defensive rebounds. 25 personal fouls committed by El Bigua helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Ferro will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. In the last two games of round 5 winless El Bigua lost to El Talar on the opponent's court 60-73. San Jose lost to undefeated Hindu in a home game 68-70.

Lourdes Cabral produced 16 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and Uruguayan Valeria Barrett (175-2000) added 18 points respectively for the hosts. San Jose's coach Cristian Santander tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Hindu have a solid series of three victories in a row.
