Seventh defeat of league's leader San Isidro (15-7) against fifteenth ranked Comunicaciones (8-9) 92-75 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of San Isidro. Comunicaciones looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Spanish-Venezuelan swingman Franger Pirela (187-2002) orchestrated the victory by scoring 19 points and 8 assists. Guard Agustin Bruner (188-2004) contributed with 16 points for the winners. La Liga Argentina top team - Provincial (18-5) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat fifth ranked Quilmes (13-9) in Rosario 89-72. Ecuadorian Abraham Barahona (195-2003) stepped up and scored 22 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) for the winners and Matias Acosta chipped in 19 points and 6 assists. Pablo Alderete (203-1993) responded with 13 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Provincial maintains first place with 18-5 record. Quilmes at the other side keeps the fifth position with nine games lost. They share it with Salta Basket. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 41: Pico FC was beaten by C.Entrerriano on the road 96-89. Pergamino lost to U.Mar del Plata on its own court 86-88. GELP managed to outperform Dep Norte in La Plata 68-67. Rivadavia recorded a loss to Santa Paula at home 68-83. Amancay defeated Salta Basket on the opponent's court 76-69. Suardi smashed Villa S.Martin in a home game 90-68. U.Mar del Plata won against Ciclista on the road 86-85. El Talar unfortunately lost to Racing A. on its own court 60-65. Barrio Parque managed to beat Jujuy in Cordoba 79-71.
