The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Quimsa as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Quimsa defeated 9th ranked Obras in Santiado del Estero 89-81. Worth to mention a great performance of American Brandon Robinson (196-1989, college: Clayton St.) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 5 assists and point guard Diego Figueredo (185-1991, agency: BIG) who added 14 points during the contest.
