The game in Chivilcoy was also quite interesting. Second ranked Regatas (29-7) played at the court of 8th ranked Racing Ch. (18-17). Regatas managed to secure a 4-point victory 69-65 on Friday. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Racing Ch.. It was an exceptional evening for Francisco Ferraro who led the winners and scored 17 points and 7 rebounds. Tomas Delia came up with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for Racing Ch. in the defeat. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Regatas. They maintain second place with 29-7 record having just twelve point less than leader Instituto. Loser Racing Ch. keeps the eighth position with 17 games lost. They share it with San Lorenzo.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 47: Penarol was smashed by Obera on the road 91-60. La Union won against Atenas on its own court 76-65. San Martin managed to outperform Platense in Corrientes 87-82. Independ.O. was rolled over Quimsa at home 65-90. Atenas was defeated by Obera on the opponent's court 90-82. Union beat San Martin in a home game 81-73. Regatas destroyed Argentino on the road 90-68. Gimnasia managed to outperform Argentino on its own court 79-66. Ferro managed to beat Penarol in Buenos Aires 64-60.



Instituto - Quimsa 88-67

LDB top team - Instituto (30-5) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eleventh ranked Quimsa (16-19) in Cordoba 88-67. Instituto forced 25 Quimsa turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was a great evening for Lucas Andersson who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points and 4 assists.
