Dave Davis had an amazing evening in the last round for High Flyers, receiving a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 6.
The player had a double-double of 17 points and 26 rebounds, while his team edged out Uptown Cuts (#5, 1-3) 97-93. High Flyers maintains the 3rd position in their group in Bahamas NPBA. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. High Flyers will need more victories to improve their 2-1 record. It was one of impressive evenings for Davis as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Dave Davis has solid league stats. He is in league's top in points (6th best: 10.7ppg) and rebounds (2nd best: 15.7rpg).
The second best player in last round's games was Chauncey Cooper of league's second-best Abaco Strong. Cooper had a very good evening with a double-double of 28 points and 14 rebounds. Bad luck as Abaco Strong was edged by slightly lower-ranked Shockers (#4, 2-2) 103-99. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the top position in John Archer Division. Abaco Strong still maintains its place in the top 2 of the standings, even despite this loss. His team's 2-1 record is not bad at all. Cooper is a newcomer at Abaco Strong, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.0ppg (#2). He also registered 14.0 boards per game.
Third on the list of top players last round was Colton Albury of Uptown Cuts (#5). Albury got into 30-points club by scoring 33 points in the last round. He went also for fourteen rebounds . Despite Albury's great performance Uptown Cuts lost 93-97 to slightly higher-ranked High Flyers (#3, 2-1). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Uptown Cuts can only dream about fighting for top spots in John Archer Division. They have rather bad season and 1-3 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Albury has individually a great season in Bahamas. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 23.8ppg (4th best) and rebounds with 10.8rpg (7th best).

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
