The most exciting game of round 7 in the NPBA took place in Nassau. This derby game ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 3rd placed TMT Giants (2-3) to fifth ranked Tucker Boys (1-5) 58-57 on Saturday evening. It was a great evening for Leon Bain who led his team to a victory scoring 18 points and 5 rebounds. Jaden Stubbs helped adding 12 points and 7 rebounds. At the losing side Randy Miller responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds. Tucker Boys maintains fifth place with 1-5 record. TMT Giants at the other side keep the third position with three games lost. Tucker Boys' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Nassau to the arena Shockers.
Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Nassau: Shockers (#2) and Bahamas Univ. (#4). Shockers (4-2) won against visiting Bahamas Univ. (2-5) 67-53. It was an exceptional evening for American Dominique Fernander (, college: Hobart) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds. William Rigby accounted for 16 points and 5 rebounds. Delano Armbrister came up with 17 points for Bahamas Univ. in the defeat. Bahamas Univ.'s coach rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Shockers maintains second place with 4-2 record having just ten point less than leader Rockets. Bahamas Univ. at the other side keeps the fourth position with five games lost. Shockers' supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Nassau Tucker Boys.

Theodore Grant produced a triple-double by scoring 18 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 steals for lost side. Bahamas Univ.'s coach tested ten players seeing no chance for a win. Undefeated Rockets (6-0) have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain first place with a perfect record of 6 victories in a row. Loser Bahamas Univ. keeps the fourth position with five games lost. Shockers - Bahamas Univ. 67-53

Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Nassau: Shockers (#2) and Bahamas Univ. (#4). Shockers (4-2) won against visiting Bahamas Univ. (2-5) 67-53. Shockers forced 25 Bahamas Univ. turnovers. Another exciting game was again a derby between two local teams from Nassau: Rockets (#1) and Bahamas Univ. (#4). Bahamas Univ. was crushed at home by 16 points 84-100 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Rockets dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Bahamas Univ.'s 42. Rockets forced 21 Bahamas Univ. turnovers and outrebounded them 61-47 including 20 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Roosevelt Whylly fired a double-double by scoring 27 points, 18 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. The former international forward Livingston Munnings (201-1992) chipped in a double-double by scoring 26 points and 14 rebounds. Theodore Grant produced a triple-double by scoring 18 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 steals and Delano Armbrister added 23 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side.
