Atomeromu tabs Zane Knowles

Zane Knowles

Atomeromu SE Paks (A Division) has signed Zane Knowles, a 31-year-old center from the Bahamas. Knowles, who stands at 208cm, previously played for Levski in the Bulgarian NBL league, where he averaged 14.9ppg, 9.9rpg, and 2.6apg in 7 games this season. He has also played for Sigal Prishtina in the Kosovan league, where he averaged 4.7ppg and 2.7rpg in 3 games in the Kosovan Superliga.
In 2017, three years after his graduation, he was drafted by the Wisconsin Herd in the third round, 68th overall, in the G-League.
He graduated from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi in 2014, and this is his tenth season in professional basketball. He was a part of the Bahamas Senior National Team from 2018 to 2022.
He's a highly experienced player, having played professionally in seven different countries across three continents. In Europe, he played for Charleville Mezieres and C'Chartres in France, PAOK Mateco Thessaloniki in Greece, Siarka and Wilki Morskie in Poland, and Balikesir in Turkey. He also played in Asia for Tokyo Cinq Reves and Wakayama Trians in Japan. Additionally, he had a stint in Kosovo.
Knowles' team won the Bulgarian Cup in 2020. He also played for other colleges such as Pearl River Community College and Grambling State University.
