Sand Dollar - Rockets 56-105

Rockets held Sand Dollar to an opponent 24.4 percent shooting from the field compared to 56.3 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded Sand Dollar 52-35 including a 41-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Rockets looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Sand Dollar's players. The former international swingman Jonathan McFall (196-1999, college: Slippery Rock) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners and Roosevelt Whylly chipped in 17 points and 9 rebounds. McFall is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Rockets players scored in double figures. Rockets' coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Shantoin Pratt responded with 14 points and 5 rebounds and Dave Davis scored 12 points and 9 rebounds.
