Rockets edge Giants to conquer NPBA title

Rockets clinched NPBA title. They overcame Giants in the decisive fifth game of the championship series to conquer the trophy. Rockets forced 25 Giants turnovers. The former international forward Livingston Munnings (201-1992) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 22 rebounds for the winners and Roosevelt Whylly chipped in 15 points and 10 rebounds. Four Rockets players scored in double figures. The former international guard Jackson Jacob (186, college: NAIT) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and the former international power forward Eugene Bain (195-1988, college: Bellevue) scored 8 points and 13 rebounds. Giants' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
