Edward Williams claims Bahamas NPBA Hoops Agents weekly honour

Edward Williams put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for TMT Giants and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 3.
The had a double-double of 14 points and 21 rebounds, while his team edged out Mekaddish M. (#10, 0-2), the league's bottom-ranked team 81-77. TMT Giants is placed at 4th position in Bahamas NPBA. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. But it's just the very beginning of the season and TMT Giants won just one (their first) game. It's too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. In the team's last game Williams had a remarkable 54.5% from 2-point range. He turned to be TMT Giants' top player in his first season with the team. Williams has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in rebounds (2nd best: 21.0rpg) and averages solid 4.0bpg and 54.5% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was swingman Dylan Musgrove (190-G/F) of Commonwealth Bank Giants. Musgrove impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 20 points and 11 rebounds. Of course he led Giants to another comfortable win outscoring Bamboo SE (1-1) 113-48. The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. The third best performed player last round was another Giants' star - international guard Jackson Jacob (186-G). Jacob showcased his all-around game by recording 25 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists in the last round. He was another key player of Commonwealth Bank Giants, helping his team with a 113-48 easy win against Bamboo SE (1-1). Giants needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 1 victory and 1 lost game. Jacob has a great season in Bahamas. After only 2 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 24.5ppg (3rd best) and assists with 4.5apg (7th best).
