Bahamas NPBA round 9 best performance: Dylan Musgrove (by Hoops Agents)

Swingman Dylan Musgrove (190-G/F) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked Commonwealth Bank Giants, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 9.
The player was the main contributor (31 points, eight rebounds and two assists) to his team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team Mekaddish M. (#12, 0-6) with 50-point margin 105-55. Giants is placed at 2nd position in Bahamas NPBA. They are still close to the very top. Giants would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 6-1 record. In the team's last game Musgrove had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range and got four three-pointers out of 7 attempts. He has many years of experience at Giants, through which he has constantly improved. Former Southeastern Community College star has very solid stats this year. Musgrove is league's best scorer averaging so far 26.2ppg. Musgrove is in league's top in assists (6th best: 4.3apg) and averages impressive 3.0spg and 60.0% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young international guard Abel Joseph (200-G-1990) of league's leader Discount Distributors Rockets. Joseph had a very good evening with 21 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course he led Rockets to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Island DR (#7, 2-6) 78-44. Of course Rockets still keep the league's top spot. He plays for the best team in the league and Rockets managed to win all 8 games keeping a perfect record. Joseph is one of the most experienced players at Rockets and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was Bertrum Minns of Zulu Media Marketing (#8). Minns showcased his all-around game by recording 16 points, 11 rebounds (!!!) and 5 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Zulu MM, leading his team to a 84-64 easy win against Mekaddish M. (#12, 0-6). Zulu MM can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 1-3 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Minns has a very solid season. In 5 games in Bahamas he scored 12.0ppg.
