Caen keeps Davis for another season

Rashad Davis

Caen Basket Calvados (ProB) re-signed 28-year-old Bahamas international 195cm forward Rashad Davis (college: FIU) for the new season. He played there last season. In 37 ProB games, he averaged 9.6ppg, 4.0rpg, and 1.1apg. For the two previous seasons (2022-24), he played at another French team Vendee Challans (NM1).
He has also been a member of the Bahamas international program for some years. Davis has regularly played for the Bahamas senior team since 2021 and previously for the Under 17 National Team back in 2013.
He also represented Bahamas at the FIBA World Cup 2023 Americas Qualifiers two years ago. During this event, he scored an average of 5.3 ppg and had 2.3 rpg.
Davis has also played professionally in Spain (La Roda).
He played in the final of Sun Belt Tournament in 2019 and was voted to Eurobasket.com All-French NM1 Honorable Mention in 2023.
Davis graduated from FIU in 2021 and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball. He played for other colleges like UTA, MSU West Plains.
