Dajhon Wildgoose claims Bahamas GBBA weekly honour

Experienced International Guard Dajhon Wildgoose (182-G-1991) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for league's second-best Connect Shipping Jets and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents GBBA Player of the Week award for round 3.
The 34-year old guard had the game-high 33 points adding four rebounds and three assists for Connect SJ in his team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team Lil Boat (#10, 0-3) with 30-point margin 88-58. Connect SJ is placed at 2nd position in Bahamas GBBA. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. Connect SJ will need more victories to improve their 3-1 record. In the team's last game Wildgoose had a remarkable 85.7% from 2-point range and got seven three-pointers out of 13 attempts. It's his second year at Connect SJ and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Wildgoose has impressive league stats. He is league's best scorer averaging so far 24.7ppg. Wildgoose is in league's top in rebounds (5th best: 3.7rpg), assists (6th best: 2.0apg) and averages solid 55.0% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was center Antwan Bevans (198-C) of Eight Mile Rock Legends. Bevans impressed basketball fans with 21 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists. Of course he led Eight Mile RL to another comfortable win outscoring 242 Elite (1-3) 95-61. The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. Bevans is well-known by Eight Mile RL fans and he already established his position as one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was another Eight Mile RL's star - Kiplin Fowler (C). Fowler showcased his all-around game by recording 11 points, 17 rebounds (!!!) and 6 assists in the last round. He was another key player of Eight Mile Rock Legends, helping his team with a 95-61 easy win against 242 Elite (#9, 1-3). Eight Mile RL needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 2 victories and 2 lost games. Fowler has a great season in Bahamas. After only 3 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 10.0rpg (2nd best) and assists with 5.0apg (3rd best).
