An interesting game for Boca Juniors (21-10) which played road game in Cordoba against 4th placed Instituto (16-9). Second ranked Boca Juniors had an easy win 88-68. Boca Juniors players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international Leonel Schattmann (193-87) who scored 25 points (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!). The former international point guard Nicolas De los Santos (180-88) chipped in 7 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists. Four Boca Juniors players scored in double figures. International Martin Cuello (193-93) produced 14 points and 4 assists and the former international point guard Juan Brussino (185-91) added 17 points and 4 assists respectively for the hosts. Instituto's coach Sebastian Ginobili let to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Boca Juniors have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain second place with 21-10 record having three points less than leader San Lorenzo. Instituto lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with nine games lost. Boca Juniors' next round opponent will be Libertad Sunchales (#8) on the road which should be theoretically another easy game. Instituto will play against Ferro (#9) and hope to win that game.
