Fifth-ranked CA Platense (18-19) made lots of trouble for second ranked Regatas Corrientes (25-10). Regatas Corrientes managed to secure only two-point victory 55-53. However their fans expected easier game. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Leandro Vildoza (180-94) who helped to win the game recording 11 points. International center Agustin Caffaro (211-95) contributed with 10 points for the winners. Regatas Corrientes' coach Lucas Victoriano allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Swingman Lucas Goldenberg (190-90) answered with 8 points and 11 rebounds and forward Sebastian Morales (202-88) added 9 points in the effort for CA Platense.
