The most exciting game of round 58 in the La Liga took place in Rio Gallegos. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 16th ranked Libertad Sunchales (14-22) to eleventh ranked H.Americano (17-20) 83-81 on Friday evening. Host team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. H.Americano made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. American guard Kelsey Barlow (196-91, college: UIC) fired a double-double by scoring 48 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Francisco Filippa (202-95) chipped in 11 points and 5 rebounds. American guard Latraius Mosley (198-90, college: Life) produced a double-double by scoring 39 points (!!!), 12 rebounds and 4 assists (on 13-of-16 shooting from the field) and Daniel Hure (200-85) added 13 points respectively for lost side. Libertad Sunchales' coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. H.Americano maintains eleventh position with 17-20 record. Libertad Sunchales at the other side keeps the sixteenth place with 22 games lost. H.Americano are looking forward to face league's leader Quimsa in Santiado del Estero in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Libertad Sunchales will play at home against Instituto (#8) and is hoping to prove to their fans that this time they can win.
