Bottom-ranked Goes (0-7) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their seventh consecutive match to ninth ranked Defensor (3-4) 67-55. American-Puerto Rican forward Christopher Ortiz (203-93, college: Kent St., agency: Network Sports International) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 12 rebounds. Point guard Alejandro Acosta (189-89) contributed with 12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Argentinian forward Alexis Elsener (195-88, agency: Interperformances) replied with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 16 rebounds and forward Joaquin Osimani (193-87) added 10 points in the effort for Goes. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defensor moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Penarol. Goes at the other side still closes the standings with seven games lost.
