Goes can celebrate finally their first win this season after seven consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as they defeated much higher ranked Nacional (5-3) on the road game in Montevideo 78-66 on Saturday. Argentinian forward Alexis Elsener (195-88, agency: Interperformances) stepped up and scored 24 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and American power forward Chaz Crawford (208-84, college: Drexel) chipped in 21 points and 14 rebounds. Elsener is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. The best for the losing side was American-Puerto Rican Devon Collier (203-91, college: Oregon St.) with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds and American-Dominican forward Angel Nunez (203-91, college: S.Florida) scored 19 points and 6 rebounds.
