The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Brumas (11-4) on the court of fourth ranked Ingenieria on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by Ingenieria 75-70. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Brumas. Puerto Rican guard Jorge Sanabria (191-93) had a double-double by scoring 20 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Ronald Lawton chipped in 22 points and 7 rebounds during the contest.
