The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Soles (13-7) in Aguascalientes on Friday night. Visitors were defeated by fifth ranked Panteras (8-12) 81-76. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Soles. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Idris Alvarado (196-91) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 7 rebounds and American guard Gary Ricks (185-91, college: Drake) who added 15 points and 4 assists during the contest. Four Panteras players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American Joe Lawson (201-92, college: Indianapolis, agency: Inception Sports) with 23 points and international guard Luke Martinez (190-90, college: Wyoming) scored 13 points and 6 assists. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Panteras moved-up to third place, which they share with Abejas and Plateros. Soles at the other side still keep top position with seven games lost. They share it with Libertadores and Astros.
