Venezuelan center Nestor Colmenares (200-87, college: Campbellsville) nailed a double-double by scoring 14 points, 19 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the winning side and the former international guard Martin Osimani (194-81, college: Duquesne) accounted for 20 points and 5 assists. Four Goes players scored in double figures. The former international forward Nicolas Catala (196-91) came up with 17 points and 5 rebounds and the former international point guard Brian Garcia (182-90) added 13 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Olimpia in the defeat. Olimpia's coach Gerardo Jauri rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
