An interesting game was also tough home loss of San Martin in a game in Corrientes versus undefeated Comunicaciones (#2) 95-81. It was an exceptional evening for swingman Matias Nunez (191-99) who led the winners and scored 25 points, 8 rebounds, 9 assists and 5 steals. Forward Franco Maeso (197-1) accounted for 20 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Four Comunicaciones players scored in double figures. Rolando Vallejos (195-0) came up with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 11 rebounds and Vila Bordon added 19 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists respectively for San Martin in the defeat. San Martin's coach rotated twelve players saving starting five for next games. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
