Everything went according to plan in Buenos Aires where eighth ranked Regatas (5-3) won against 11th ranked Ferro (4-6) 81-75 on Friday. Regatas forced 19 Ferro turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Regatas made 8 blocks. Dominican center Rey Abad (210-2) had a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds and 5 blocks to lead the charge for the winners and Fabio Gauto (190-2) chipped in 17 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals during the contest.
